Just in case I haven't made it clear in my recent comments about the confirmation of Alberto Gonzales, I implore you all to contact your local representatives and urge them to join in the fight against the nomination of Alberto Gonzales. The nomination of this man sends the message to the rest of the world that the United States condones torture and violence. The world's opinion of the United States is low enough as it is. This man is a weasel, and the Bush Administration has operated without any checks and balances for far too long.
